Celebrating my wife's birthday at Hotel Jerome was an experience dipped in pure luxury. Dining and Breakfasts at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary dream. The birthday dinner was nothing short of a masterpiece, culminating in a personalized dessert that made my wife feel like the belle of the ball. Hotel Jerome didn't just host our celebration; it amplified it to a work of art. Our stay was a perfect tapestry of luxury and warmth, leaving us with memories we'll cherish forever. My wife and I spent 3 nights at Hotel Jerome celebrating our anniversary. Emily who checked us in when we arrived immediately offered to secure us a table on the busy patio as it was lunch time. She also showed us to our room when it was ready and happened to be working the concierge’s desk the next day when we needed some assistance and was extremely helpful and welcoming. Leslie who was the hostess at breakfast and lunch got wind that it was our anniversary and had a card and champagne sent to our room. Leslie called us by name (and knew our dog’s name) our entire stay. Needless to say, the customer service we received at the hotel was excellent. Great vibe throughout the hotel, including the bar. Excellent dining, location and rooms. We’ll definitely be back.

We ate at The Garden restaurant. We waited an hour for our food. Mine being a steak sandwich and my wife had the salmon. Wife ordered the salmon well done which it was not even after waiting an hour. My sandwich the meat was dry and cold, possibly sitting since it took an hour to get. They did bring out my wife's salmon after it was cooked longer. By that time we had waited enough and were ready to leave. Will not be going back to the restaurant for sure.
